Five clients who visited Ylab today, spent Christmas and New Year break feeling fatter and fatter. Anxiety, anxiety, anxiety ….. positive that their weight had increased. Good reasons and arguments? Christmas food, sweets and alchohol. And sugar!!! Less physical activity as well. During all possible hours.
And as usual, four out of five had lost weight and one had remained the same. Hard to believe but the truth is, that rapid weight loss in combination with a couple of more factors, does make you feel fatter in spite of the fact that you are loosing weight.
