Swiss wine and cheese tastings
The Swiss Igloo had Swiss Wine and Cheese tastings today. I and my husband were there. In spite of having spent a lot of time in Switzerland I don´t know that much about their wine culture. It was quite interesting to hear about it. The presenter of cheese was no less than a chef with interesting ideas on what to use for cooking, eating and enjoying. He was from Austria as a matter of fact.
I had three reasons for spending so much time in Switzerland. First, I introduced aerobics education for group instructors there. Mostly in Zurich, Kloten. Then I was hired by the FIG International Gymnastics Federation to develop the Code of Points, judges and trainers education for them. Their head quarters at that time were in Moutier, in the French speaking part of Switzerland. And third and finally, paragliding was my passion so I have been around quite a lot over there. Engelberg, Davos, Wengen, Andermatt, Zermatt and lots of wonderful places to paraglide.
